Working Together

I’m flexible in how I can help you achieve your marketing goals.

We can start out slowly with each other via email or a phone conversation, or if you’re sold on my capabilities, I’m able and willing to discuss long term engagements.  In my ideal world, you and I will share a mutually rewarding relationship and you’ll want to use me over and over again to help you pursue additional marketing opportunities.

And yes, I am even willing to consider joining the leadership team of the perfect startup or emerging growth company, but of course, that’s going to require us getting to know each other rather well before that can happen.

In the meantime, here are some ways that we can work together:

Email me a question – I’ll review your situation and do my best to provide you a thoughtful answer within 48 hours…free of charge;

Let’s have a meeting – I’m available to meet to discuss opportunities in more depth than an email exchange can provide…you buy the coffee and pastry;

Hire me for a project – This is where I seem to generate the most interest – people call me and ask “Gary, can you help me develop a ___ program?” (you fill in the blank).  If I can, I will provide you a proposal, and if it fits your needs, we can make plans to get moving as quickly as possible.  If I cannot, I’ll do my best to recommend somebody better equipped to help you;

Put me on retainer – I’m able and willing to serve at your beckon and commit to a minimum number of hours each month in support of your marketing efforts.  This can be either as an ad-hoc consultant, or as somebody who’s rolling up his sleeves to develop and implement a range of programs over time;

Let’s start a company together – One of my personal goals is to develop multiple streams of income, one of which is to own and operate a business where I can practice what I preach.  “Food,” “retail” & “sustainable” are words that get me passionate, but I won’t rule out other ideas as well.  At the same time, I’m always exploring new business ideas of my own.  Maybe you’d be a fit to help me launch one of them;

Make me an offer I can’t refuse – I have an open mind and a curious nature which precludes me from saying “I’ll never…”  Let me know what ideas you have for me and again, if I’m not the right person for the opportunity, then I’ll do my best to recommend somebody else who is.
