All businesses and brands need a point of difference.  Without something different to notice, it's practically impossible to get any word-of-mouth attention.  I'll help you identify a few possible ways for you to create a word-of-mouth differentiator ("WOMD") and then work with you to hone in on the strongest option then help you implement the WOMD in your business.  

For this face-to-face option, the process is:

B.  Complete the worksheet exercises

C.  Send me copies of your work;

D.  I'll lead a review and discussion of your work and give you pros and cons to consider for possible word-of-mouth differentiators.  

E.  You'll select your word-of-mouth differentiator;

F.  I'll give you considerations to think about as you plan to impleemeent your WOMD.

G.  You implement your new WOMD and gain newfound awareness and attention.
